Alice Visionary Foundation Project (AVFP) is a USA 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Kenyan International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). As a Christian organization, we assist the most vulnerable in understanding and achieving their full potential in order to become agents of change in their communities. We do this by educating children and empowering women and girls.
To improve the quality of life of the disadvantaged and most vulnerable through education, poverty reduction, gender equality and to promote peace and justice.
Education is the key to life, giving hope and freedom from poverty. Whether it is school fees for a vulnerable child, education of girls in human rights and life skills or educating women in health, food and economic security, education gives them hope and allows them to see their full potential. What we see is not only change in an individual life, but also in their families and community — preparing leaders for the world.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of those most vulnerable in our world. Your contribution today helps us make a difference.

Feeding a child not only improves their health, but also increases their consistency in school attendance and their ability to concentrate in class with hope for a better education and future. Over the last few years however, with the rise in the Global Food Crisis, due to extreme weather events, rising costs, conflict and war our children continue to be the most vulnerable.
With this growing need we have developed a new healthy lunch program "Nourish" at our site in Amilo village. The healthy lunch program feeds a child a hot lunch each school day at our site and has a weekend home support program for the children who are the most vulnerable to food insecurity.
We assist in helping girls and teens realize, enjoy and capitalize on their full potential and become agents of change in their communities. The program focuses on education and assistance in health safety, skill transfer and psychosocial support and is completed through girls' and teens' clubs. Education, training and counseling is also completed within the schools where we work. Education and training include:
